Once you check out, the magic happens! Select the number calls you'd like to purchase for your family. We will automatically add them to your call dashboard!
2. Tell Santa About Your Child
We’ll text you a secure link to a form to collect the info Santa will need for his call with your little one—just share their name, age, favorite things, and specifics so Santa will make your child's call special to just them with details about their life, loves, and year they've had!

Once Santa has all the info he needs to make his phone call with your child special, you will immediately receive a master link you can use anytime.
4. Tap & Talk
Click your link, select the child you want Santa to talk with, and hit CALL SANTA—you will recieve a call within 5 minutes from the big man himself to chat with your child!

Santa will:
- Ask about their favorite adventures this year so far
- Share words of encouragement as they tackle back-to-school jitters or warm-weather challenges
- Celebrate milestones big and small—learning to swim, getting an A on that science project, or simply being kind to friends
- Set a fun goal—whether it’s reading a new book, mastering a bike trick, or learning a new skill—to keep them inspired through the rest of year and into the holiday season
- Sprinkle in spring, summer, or fall style “ho ho ho’s” and remind them to keep up the good cheer all year long!
Holiday Hello
October-December
When the air turns crisp and the lights go up, Santa switches into holiday mode for your classic Christmas Check-In call!
He’ll:
- Invite your child to share their Christmas wish list—and let them know which gifts are on his “nice” radar
- Reflect on their year together—cheering on achievements, kindness shown, and lessons learned
- Give them a special holiday task—like crafting a festive decoration, writing a thank-you note to someone they love, or performing a small act of kindness—to keep the spirit alive
- Talk with them about their special Elf friend at home
- Offer a joyful “ho ho ho” send-off, holiday wishes, and remind them that the North Pole is watching (and rooting for them) all Christmas season!
