What to Expect with Your Kringle Single

• One Easy Survey & Code: After you purchase, we’ll text you a link to fill out one quick form—just share your child’s name, age, and favorites. You’ll then receive a unique code to unlock your call.

• Same Rules for Additional Calls: If you decide to buy more calls later, you’ll get a separate form and code for each one. Be sure to complete each individually so Santa can personalize every chat.

• Personalization Note: If the same child uses multiple codes, Santa may ask similar questions and won’t recall answers from prior calls. To keep each conversation fresh, consider spacing calls out or using one in the off-season and one during the holiday check-in.
