Choose your credit pack right here on the website. After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.
2. Download the App & Create Your Account
Open the email from Kringle Connect and follow the link to download the app. Once it’s installed, open it and sign up using the same email you purchased with, create your password, and begin onboarding. (We automatically add your credits!)
3. Set Up Your Family & Child Profiles
Our quick onboarding will walk you through adding your family info and each child’s profile. Include the details Santa will use — favorites, milestones, their elf, and anything you want him to mention or encourage.
4. Start Making Santa Calls
Once your profiles are ready, tap the child you want to call and hit “Start Call.” Santa will take it from there, creating a magical, personalized voice call every time. Credits are tracked automatically in your dashboard.
